Shipping policy
Shipping Times
Orders are shipped through USPS ground advantage or priority mail, unless another service is selected. Once an order is delivered to our USPS facility, it is up to the delivery gods to get it to you intact and on time. That said, please contact us if you have any shipping concerns or issues! Items lost or damaged in transit will be replaced- please contact us within 30 days of receiving your damaged goods.

VAT and other local taxes are not included in the purchase price or calculated at checkout, unless otherwise stated. Please note that international shipments may have other taxes levied at pick up. Packages may not ship to your door for this reason and may need to be picked up at your local post office.
Packaging
Most orders are shipped in paper mailers or second-use boxes. Excluding clear packing tape and plastic sleeves, all shipping supplies are eco-friendly and can be reused or recycled. Packing slips and art backboards are made from post-consumer recycled papers. While you may find some stray marks, they will not harm your new piece.
